Hey Doc,
Actually there is a will. Supposedly in the hands of a lawyer. It is to
be field with the courts. It is rumored he left his estate to the kids,
his mother and charity. Nothing to his father.
I would hope that the maternal mother gets custody of the children.
I feel his parents would not have the best influence on them,
particularly his father.Also both are fairly old now.
