The post was made at yardbird and it was digitally signed, someone
confirmed it was him.
In any case... If Yardbird had been arrested he would have been paraded
to the media as he was one of the major ringleaders, his name never
appeared anywhere, all other people arrested had their online nicknames
published at the time, together with what they had done, etc...
