Mmmm...I do not see alt.binaries.triaxer.encrypted on your list, may it
be because you cant see inside encrypted files?

Yes I thought so. While Joe Doe will obviously be arrested, people
using encryption and using common sense will not.

I think LEA needs a different approach to the problem.
