William Moffatt (Ultimate Anonymity) from Ocoee, Florida has been
preying on Usenet suckers for several years. Unlike legitimate business
that market their products through normal media , William viciously and
gleefully spams the Usenet with hundreds of thousands of Carnival Side
Show type spam to his worthless products. Upon receiving objections
to his spam, William Moffatt has frequently retaliated with floods and
floods of additional spam to the objecting Usenet newsgroups.
