Hi Jeff.
The reason you cannot decode is because you are using outlook express this
is not a newsreader so get http://xnews.newsguy.com/ and download Xnews,
I have posted a small stand alone Ueecode decoder that will decode some
files so you can see what you miss.
Also I see that you are using your own ISP news provider to access this
news group, "never a very good idea as it gives your posting IP address in
the headers, which could be used to identify you if you were foolish enough
to act in an illegal manner.
There is no illegal content in this group at present but this is not
always the case and as the group caries and is known as a Boy Love group,
is watched so you have to be carfull
If you find the posted content of interest to you, should sign up to one of
the news providers that have dedicated news servers
Recommended are:

Giganews .com.
And are safer to download from than the news your ISP service provide
