Well I quite liked the ginger look myself, and if you were a Vietnamese
14-year-old in a class of 40 coarse black hair-bearing classmates, then
I can understand how they are tempted to try to stand out from the
crowd!
For sure the peroxide did not do their hair much good.
But for snaring themselves a girl, they were on to a winner!
I understand Bart had nearly turned 16 by the time the last photos were
taken, but most Vietnamese boys generally do not become pubescent until
they are about 14/15 and they have very little body hair even when adult
this is even more marked in the rural areas.
Maturing at a slower rate the boys appear to us westerners about 2/3
years younger than their true age, funny but the population seem not to
suffer from the western problems of tumbling fertility sperm counts.
Things finally went pear shaped for the lads running meet the
models/Camera and Pen web site, from a combination of credit card
payment facilities being withdrawn.
The local authorities however, reviewed and passed their web business
model agency and gave them the all clear when western agencies demanded
they be closed down.
The killer blow was from post Garry Glitter euphoria with tabloid
journalists on a foreign Jolly, came sniffing a fresh scoop news
"story" waving fat cheque books offering life changing amounts but only
for the right story.
It was clearly time for the webmasters to move on.
Contrary to belief, from many the boys in the photos did benefit from
the payments from the subscription web site.
