Well spotted, the mystery of the Orange?
Well for some reason out here the oranges are always green and maybe
manage to turn a pale green when fully ripe, they taste just the same.
Its only the Spanish varieties and western pallet, that demand we have
"Orange" oranges! Though you are not the first one to make that
mistake, I had some friends who after frequent visits to the local fruit
and veg market bemoaning the fact that they were never ripe so would not
buy em!
Er it's the same with Bananas but I expect you knew that they are only
yellow in Tesco/Walmart for the benefit of the Brit's and Yanks

consigned to history now but it was cute at the time
