I'll tell you two secrets.
I deliberately try to write like Y Not including mistakes. I think they
are funny. Makes him more human and less like a robot he looked like to
some people. I try to leave them in when I copy and paste from his old
posts. I don't correct my own mistakes either because I don't care.
I don't worry about being accused of being Y Not by idiots because of
it. It just gives me more reasons to post how stupid my accusers are.

I like being called Y Not. Its a great complement to me. I admire him a
lot for his knowledge of so many things and his wisdom and patience and
his writing skill. All the things I don't have and want. to be just
compared to him is a great honor but to be said I am him is the best
complement in the world to me. I didn't want to tell the wolfpack this
because then they would stop complementing me but does it matter?
I defend other people who are accused of being Y Not because they might
not feel like I do about him or even know about him and why they are
being attacked with that stupid accusation.
The other secret is Y Not feels very complemented too that the wolfpack
thinks he is all the posters on the list. He thinks the list is made up
of good people! LOL It makes him look very intelligent and a very
skillful writer and psychologist to be able to create so many different
personalities with their own writing styles and knowledge sets and post
so much useful and wise things. It amuses him almost to falling off his
chair he doesn't use much anymore that his antagonists deny he has the
impossible ability to do all that while they are accusing him of doing
all that. LOL
Extras.
Did you know common writing mistakes are contagious both ways like
speech habits? Sometimes we pick up the mistakes and favorite
expressions of people we admire and study. The reverse is true too. I
have found myself making some of the language mistakes I read a lot in
the papers I grade. I have had to read and grade over 300 papers since
the semester started. What a chore!
We all learn from each other all the time whether we know it or not.
Some of it isn't just the stuff we would choose to learn! LOL
Did awake get "loose" from me from Y Not or from Y Nots posts directly
or from himself or from his rushed unstable keyboard? Or a gremlin? Or
did I get it from him? Where is the real chicken or egg starter in
this? We read each others posts in the fort so who can know for sure
who to blame for it? LOL
I think Mephis concern with "loose" in Awakes post is because Mephi
finally found somebody he attacks who is better with English than he is
and wants to do everything he can to take him down and this is all he
could find he could use. I could call that "pathetic". Should I? There
is *no* excuse for attacking people. Awake said he made mistakes in his
post before Mephi "caught" him at it. Doesn't that mean something? I
think it does.
People don't add the extra "O" to "lose" in handwriting only in typing.
I see this from my teaching experience when they transcribe their
notes. This shows its a common typing fault probably caused by how they
learned to type and not just a spelling mistake. It happens more with
older people and foreign students. I could be wrong about it though.

I would like to think Awake is Y Not because we need him here but I
don't think he is. One reason is Y Not is so sick right now and for the
past week he can't even sit up for long enough to type anything but a
short note. He told me this yesterday after a long email silence from
him. (Please don't email him about it if you expect a reply.)

I wrote about how extra careful you were about not offending Morph in a
different post. I see it here too to Mephi. It looks to me more like
twofaced weaseling than diplomacy but I'm not an expert in that. I
think what you wrote here is bad for everybody of all sides and the
fort and I think you should have ignored Mephis trolling post.
Sometimes I don't really know what you want in the fort and I think you
don't either. Two things I do know. Friends don't deny their friends
identity and its not smart to deny the identity of or piss off people
you want help from even if they are not your friends.
How smart do you want to be?
