No. Hurting children is FAR more important than education or productivity
or being reasonable.

Or cell phones, text messaging each other. Or books? When I was a kid I
used to read, sometimes until 2 or 3 am.

And how about TALKING to your kid about these things? It amazes me how
parents think they have no influence over their own children, that they
have to restrict instead of allow. Teach your kids your values and let
them decide what is right and what is wrong.
