Of course there is, David. But so long as people like B&C continue to
blur the lines with their propaganda, this culture is doomed to suffer
more abuse. Pedophilia is not a law enforcement issue, it is a public
health issue. Molestation occurs as a result of pedophiles being
marginalized and demonized, giving them good reason to believe that the
only way they can be happy is by taking what they want regardless of
consequences.
I was trying to illustrate B&C's hypocrisy with both of my messages
yesterday.
It does not help children to paint child-attracted people and
child-murderers with the same brush, any more than likening
child-attracted people to child molesters or child rapists. The word
"rape" needs to be permanently extricated from the statutory laws
regarding age of consent violations. Mental health professionals need
to be forced to offer pro-bono counseling to people struggling with
paraphilias to keep their licenses. Media need to be better educated as
to the differences between pedophiles, child-molesters, and
child-killers, and that education needs to follow through into their
reports...also, as a matter of keeping their broadcast licenses.
If this culture desires a positive change in the numbers of forced sex
between adults and children, they need to get their heads out of the
sand and put the damned shotguns and torches away. Pig-headed ignorance
is no defense against the forces of nature.
