Solomon's Private File #304
These stories about Stephen and Solomon take place starting in
1950's. Stephen wrote about his life in letters to a penpal, and then
in a secure blog, in case he lost his memory again, in the master
computer in his school for gifted students, which he started attending
in 2016 in a new incarnation, until his death. Now his son Solomon is
attending the same school, and is writing in his own secure blog for
his future incarnations.
All characters are fictitious, even if some of them might have names
that belong to some actual people, or act like people we know.
Solomon is 29 in this story, in the Summer of 2055.

I said to George, "Newvin candidates are possibly available for
school." He said, "You want them here?" I said, "Angrala's school moved
to Zander's, and they moved to Allguard. Could get a little awkward
there. Rang's school would be good, but not the dimensional issue." He
said, "And in our school, some outside teachers will notice, and that
could cause problems." I said, "We could start a school on Newvin, but
there are only three possibles now, and they may not come. Two more
issues. We prefer new human offshoots to be separate from the others
for reasons which includes the sexual, and with these, we don't know
how they will progress. Better we don't experiment with our own, in
front of others." He said, "That last one has priority with me, which
is why you said it last. Annoying." I grinned.
I shifted to an apartment door in Newvin, and asked to enter to talk.
She said through the door, "I will not talk to you who imprisoned us."
I said, "I didn't imprison you. My father did that before I was born.
I'm twenty nine. Is it fair to blame me for what I didn't do? I did the
opposite. I have given you new life. Should I have not done that?" She
said, "There is still a barrier around us?" I said, "There is, but it
is only preventing other people from entering your space, not leaving
it. That's necessary, because as you were, you harmed a lot of people.
They know that. Soon they will know that you have improved. If you
have. I don't see it at the moment. I hope that's just temporary." She
opened the door, and said, "Is all that true?" I said, "Why do you need
to doubt me?" She was confused. I said, "Your son has the truth sensing
ability. Ask him." She said, "How did you know that!" I said, "I know
all that happens on this world." She said, "I don't believe you!" I
said, "I who gave you new life, who gave you food, knowledge, and a
future, you would not believe? I who gave you love, am an enemy to
you?" I wrapped her in my love, and she almost fainted.
I walked in, and helped her to sit. Her son was grinning at me. I
grinned back. She looked at him, and he said, "He speaks the truth. He
loves us." She said, "I apologize. Our politicians stir the anger of
the people." I said, "If the people let them. For our kind, I have
discovered that the more I give to people, the more they are angry with
that. I have given you more than any other people, and so you are angry
with me." She was embarrassed and ashamed. I said, "I came to offer
more. Will I then be hated?" She said, "What is that?" I said, "My
people are doing the love and healing broadcasts for your planet. That
is a temporary thing we do for many planets, to last until the people
are able to do it themselves." She said, "We can do that now?" I said,
"No. It requires very unusual abilities, and intensive training that
must begin in childhood. We have schools for those students." She said,
"Some of our people are your students?" I said with a smile, glancing
at her son, "Not yet."
She said, "Oh! Will he have to leave me?" I said, "Being on another
planet, that would be so. Between school sessions, he could return here
at times." She said, "He would be able to do all you do?" I said, "We
are all individuals, with different abilities and strengths in them. I
am the most of my group, and so I am the leader. We don't know how he
will become, because much of that depends on how hard he works, and the
talents he was born with. I think you understand that." She said, "I
do. More, you could have promised a lot more, to convince me." I said,
"I am unable to lie. All of us are like that. Lying damages the mind.
If that happened, the abilities we have would become unreliable or
blocked." He said, "I can feel it. It's all true."
She said, "You said you have schools. Is one better than the others?"
I said, "That would be a subjective judgment. But, we all socialize
with each other on a special planet that is only used by us. My own
school was the first, and I still teach there, and not in others." She
said, "I want that school!" Her son laughed, and said, "He already
decided that." She looked at him, and then me. I said, "He knows not to
lie." She nodded. I said, "Did he tell you something important was
going to happen?" She was surprised, and said, "Yes!" I said, "One of
the talents most of my group possesses. The most frustrating,
actually." Grins.
I said, "There are requirements to attend our schools. We accept no
interference at all. Annoys politicians, which while we shouldn't, we
have to like." Chuckles. I said, "And for social and safety reasons,
who our students are, should not be made public. That would cause
jealousy, resentment, and maybe even murder, even if they didn't
believe we would rule them." She said, "You don't rule?" I said,
"Correct. Have I ruled you, or even told any of you what to do?" She
thought a while, and then said, "Not that I know. This is new. You are
definitely not a bad person. You could have acted against those who
spoke out against you." I said, "As a therapist, I have a great desire
to help them to not be so stupid, but I can't interfere with their
choice to do that, unless they physically harm others, and I don't mean
annoyed ears. We train in ethics, too. But lies about me, I might have
to correct." She said, "Ethics. That's good."
I said, "One more thing. We are never alone. We monitor each other's
minds, so we can be sure that none of us does bad things." George said
in the air, "I'm one of Sol's monitors." I said, "That was George, one
of our school administrators." She nodded, and asked her son, "Do you
want to go to that school?" He said, "I DO, very much!" He said to me,
"Will there be aliens there?" I said, "Sure. You." He laughed. I said
to them, "While a sense of humor isn't required, we all have them well
established." Grins. She said, "He may go." I said, "Will you keep it
secret?" She said, "I know my people. I should, even for my own
safety." I said, "It's not easy building a new society this way. I
could help, but in the long term, that would make it worse. Wisdom is
NOT fun, which is why so few use it." Nods.
I said, "There are other children who qualify to attend." She said,
"Yanner is the first?" I said, "In asking at this time, of three, yes.
The honor in that, is that if he allows, he can help me to convince the
others." She said, "You wouldn't order that?" I said, "We don't do
that. It's the reverse. We have to choose among the very insistent
volunteers, for the work we do. Look at him. You know!" She did, and
grinned. I said, "The next school term doesn't start for a month, but
we have very few students from other worlds, as our planet is
Restricted, and not allowed offworld contact. Our societies have yet to
recover from what an er, unusual species did to them." She looked
ashamed, and said, "And this is why some are unable to accept that you
don't want revenge." I said, "Of my group, we are unable to feel that
need. Some people and students are at the school. Some live there, and
some just like it so much they don't want to stop learning for
anything." Grins. I said, "Would you both like to go there now, for a
visit?" She said, "Right now, your instant way?" I said, "Yes." She
said, "I, we, agree." Yanner jumped up and yelled, "YES!" I said, "Oh,
such opposition! How can you live with that?" Laughter.
I ported us to the park in front of the school. I said, "We are on an
island. The world isn't aware of what we do here, although they know we
have a school somewhere. My father had to go public to avert disasters,
and I've had to continue that. Most of the rest of us are in secret."
We walked into the building, and they loved how it looked. George came
out of his office and said, "Sol made this." They looked at me, and I
looked behind me, and they laughed. One of the classrooms was being
used for study. I said, "The door is a privacy force field. Our
computers are operated directly by the mind." In another room, some
were doing art. George said, "We need to encourage creativity. These
are the only classrooms in use now. Some students are outside doing
sports." We went through the building and out the back door. Yanner
said, "Wow!" I said, "That word is going to get a lot of exercise. A
minute. You don't know the language in use here. Would you like me to
give it to you?" He said, "Just give?" I said, "Yes." He said,
"Please!" I said, "Done. It will improve over the course of a few days,
but you can understand it now, and speak it a little." I said to his
mother, "I think you see something of how we learn here." She said,
"Yes! I agree with wow!" I said, "But it's only possible for those with
his intelligence and abilities." She said, "Oh. I see now. Thank you."
We watched the sports. She said, "They are very strong! And fast!" I
said, "We teach our students how to use ALL of their abilities and
potential, which is much more than most people believe. And that
includes mind to mind communication, which your son will learn the
first year, and so he will be able to talk with you when he wants to,
no matter where he is. Hmm, maybe not in the bathroom." Yanner giggled.
She said, "How long before they graduate?" I said, "There is no simple
answer to that. We all consider ourselves students for life, even when
we become teachers. We are discovering new things all the time. But to
be considered a graduate, that can take four years, depending on the
ability of the student, and the choices in the subjects learned." She
said, "Is there a cost?" I said, "We accept no money, no credit. We
make what we need, even food." He said, "And jokes?" I said,
"Absolutely!" Grins. She said, "Sexual activities?" I said, "We do not
allow other genders in each others' bedrooms. In our group society, we
to not allow full sexual activity on our properties for those who are
not of mature age. We all, even the students, perceive each other's
feelings, so no deception or abuse is possible." She said, "But your
people can teleport." I said, "Not before they are twelve, and by then,
they have leaned to keep within the rules, but you know that no
supervision is perfect, anywhere. But that we will know, does cause a
lot of caution." She grinned, and said, "I'm satisfied with that."
Back in their apartment, I said to her, "Yanner isn't like our usual
students at that school. Being from offplanet, he won't know the
societies, and how people live. It's better that he learn those things
before classes begin, so he won't be starting at a disadvantage." She
said, "That is reasonable. He will go now?" I said, "When he selects
what he would like to take with him, and if you allow, that would be
best. George is expecting him. Looking forward to him, actually. First
student of a new people? Something of an adventure for all of us." He
said, "Do you have other students from other planets there?" I said, "I
see you have learned to ask better questions." He looked a little
proud. His mother said, "Oh! I understand. Well done. You're a very
good teacher!" I said, "Thank you. Yes, we have some students from
another planet that, while not related to us, look a lot like us.
Sometimes they're lonely, not being able to go home until they
graduate. Maybe you can help with that." He said, "I want to. Why can't
they go home?" I said, "They don't have any. No parents, either." He
said, "That's sad!" I said, "I agree. But from having no future, they
are building their own very good lives, and when they graduate, they
will go back and help other children have better futures, too. That's
the kind of work we do." He said, "On I want to do that!" I said to
her, "We who feel the sadness, pain, and misery of others, NEED to help
that to become less."
She said, "I understand better now. You are good people. The best."
Yanner went to collect his things. I said, "Something for you. What I
did here, was not as much as I have done in other places. Whole worlds
that were almost destroyed, I had to repair. Interstellar wars I had to
stop. I didn't choose to do those things, but I would have, if I had
known about them. I was ordered to." She said, "Who could order YOU?" I
said, "The Supreme Being. He who does the healing in the broadcasts. I
am His Senior Agent for all time and spaces." She said, "Oh! And YOU
teach in his school! Wow!" I said, "Sometimes, well, often, I think the
same." George said in the air, "And us, too." She said, "You don't have
much privacy." I said, "While working, no. At home, well, I have
children. One in the school. She and Yanner will be friends. Well,
they're all friends. We all love each other." She said, "I saw that. A
good way to live." I nodded.
Yanner came out with his things. I said, "There are different skills
and abilities that can do different things in different ways. Knowledge
helps, too. First lesson. When you want to hug really well, empty your
mind of you, and think of the other person with love. BE for that
person in your arms, and of them at that time, who is your whole
universe. Open your feelings to them, so they know them." I motioned to
his mother, and he hugged her. She was surprised, and had some tears.
They parted, and she whispered, "Wow! Great teacher!" Yanner nodded
vigorously. I said, "Only in the success of the student." He hugged me
well, and I gave him all my love, and he almost melted into the floor.
I held him up, and when he recovered, he said, "You have to hug my
mother!" I said to her, "Er, orders." She grinned, and we hugged. I
helped her to sit. Yanner had tears of happiness. He and I ported to
the school. George took him.
I shifted to in front of an apartment door, and rang the sounder. The
door opened, and the man said, "What are you doing here!" I said, "I'm
standing here asking to speak with you." He said, "I refuse to speak to
the person who imprisoned us!" I said, "That's good. He's dead." He
said, "What do you mean?" I said, "I'm 29 years old. When were you
recently, instead of listening to politicians?" He said, "I see." I
said, "I've come to talk to about your future, and the future of your
woman came in from another room, and rushed at me with murder in her
eyes. I turned in to a big fierce animal, and roared at her, and she
fainted. Back to normal, I said to the man, "Does she often try to
attack people on sight?" He said, "No. Do you often do, er, that?" I
said, "No. First time. I didn't want to harm her. Thought that might
make her er, decide to change her mind." He laughed, and said, "That
worked."
She woke up. I said, "Why did you try to attack me?" She said, "You
imprisoned us!" I said to them both, "Are you people crazy? Everybody I
talk to here is acting very strange. I gave you new bodies and new
life. I gave you food. I gave you a lot of knowledge in your computers.
I removed the blockade. I did the love and healing broadcasts. Why,
after doing all that to HELP you, do you want to kill me? It doesn't
make any sense. What's wrong with you?" They just stared at me. I said,
"And now, are you paralyzed?" He said, "WE have been wrong. Please sit
with us." I did, and said, "Wrong, obviously, but WHY?" He said, "Our
leaders have said it." I said, "And you actually BELIEVE politicians?
If so, you must be the only people in the universe who do." She said,
"Why would they lie?" I said, "You're not stupid. You can figure that
out. But wait, those things that I've done. Who did you think actually
did them?" He said, "They said they did." I said, "And did they ever do
any of that on request?" She said, "Oh!" She turned to the man, and
said, "We WERE stupid!"
I said, "This will not be allowed to stand. I do not allow people to
lie about me. I am not allowed to let that continue." He said, "You
dimensions, there is only one greater being. The being who created it
all, who I work for. Please wait, while I speak to all here." I took in
power, and glowed, and into hooked the fourth for more. I covered the
world with my mind, and said, "I am Solomon. It is I who removed the
blockade, who gave you new bodies, who gave you food, who gave you
learning, who gave you new life when you would have died out.
Unfortunately, I have also given you politics, and the motivation for
those who seek power, to lie to you. I will show you recordings of all
my visits to this world." I did. I said, "Your current leaders have
said that they did these things. Have any of them ever spoken to all of
you in your minds as I did in that first visit, and as I am doing now?
Ask them now, and they will tell the truth, because, as I am, they are
now unable to lie. In each of your homes and offices is a lie detector.
You may test them all you want. If a future politician refuses to use
one to show what is the truth of his words, you KNOW what to do about
that." Then God came in, and did the healing, and then said, "Solomon
is my Senior Agent for all time and spaces. Love and obey him as you
would love and obey ME. We do not lie! We are Truth!" He left. I said,
"That was the Supreme Being, the creator of all, who I work for. Try to
deserve his Grace. Be good to each other. Be truthful. And try to think
a little, before you believe everything anybody tells you!" I gave them
my love, and ended the broadcast.
I said to the couple, "That's should cause a change or two." They
nodded mutely. Then he said, "You came here to talk to us. Why us?" I
said, "I have students. You have a daughter. Only three on this world
qualify. Well?" She said, "She will be like you?" I said, "No. We are
all unique. But be able to do what I've done here today, and more,
probably." He said, "You are so powerful! Why don't you rule us?" I
said, "Why would I want to?" He didn't know what to say. I said, "None
of my group are able to lie. So we can't be politicians." Surprised
chuckles. I said, "We feel what others feel. We help people. You know
who we work for." Nods. She said, "Where is your school?" I said, "We
have them in different places. Because we don't want the rest of the
galaxy to know about you until you are ready for that, students from
here will be going to the school I teach in on Earth, which is still a
Restricted World."
He said, "She would live there?" I said, "During class sessions.
Between them, she can come home. And during the first year, she will
learn to talk to you with her mind, and can do that from the school. A
warning. We do not accept any interference." She said, "You said three.
The other two are there?" I said, "One has already gone there, and
settled in. Now he's here and talking to your daughter. He's a little
more excited than she's used to." Grins. He said, "Will she be able to
show us what she can do?" I said, "No. That's forbidden for students."
He said, "Wise. I was testing you." I said with a grin, "I know. And
I'm testing you, by making my decisions what to tell you, based on the
quality of your questions." She said, "Will she be able to harm
people?" I said, "Are you?" He said, "I see what you mean." I said,
"With how we teach, if a special power is used to try to harm a person
unjustly, that will rebound on the user, and cause loss of that power.
In causing death, they would die, themselves. To learn advanced powers,
one must be of completely clear mind. No anger, no hate, nothing
negative at all, or they can't learn them or control them. This is true
for all we have taught, of many species, from many worlds."
I said, "One more thing. You have seen how easily people can be made
to hate and attack one who is different." She said, "Oh! I should have
thought of that. We can't tell anybody about this." I said, "And that
is for for all our students. I'm different, as the leader. And that my
father had to become open to the public, and made my birth so. I wasn't
consulted in that. A little young." Smiles. I said, "Getting the third
qualifying student is going to be a little problem. His parents
abandoned him. He's in a group home. Doing this in secret, as
necessary, might not work." She looked at him, and said, "We will adopt
him!" He nodded, and said, "In service to our people, and to be good as
you said, we should do that." I said, "I hope not because I said it,
but because it's a good thing to be good." He said, "Yes, I meant
that." We grinned.
And that's what happened. Their daughter, Lanich, and their new very
wide eyed son, Nocin came to our school, and with Yanner, are doing
very well, and are loved by all.
