When you click on the first rar (194.001) rar and winrar asks for the PW
the next rar screen has a menu, select "keep broken rar files"
IE use winrar to combine into a single rar file what you have downloaded
to a folder
Then repair with quick par and you will find there are now sufficient par
files to repair the rar file
even if quickpar is unable to repair you will still see the files that
are within the parts you were able to DL.
IE open the first file with Winrar on the rar files not Quickpar on the
par files
once you have a single Combined rar file then use quickpar to rebuild it
see if this approach solves your problem
