Stephen's Secure Blog #302
These stories about Stephen began was when he was 10 years old, and
moving to a new part of the country to attend a special school for
gifted students, in the 1950's. This was from a time before computers
would fit on a desk, and when people communicated with friends in other
countries by actual letters sent through the postal service. He wrote
225 of them to a friend. He stopped writing to his penpal, but found he
still wanted to record his life, in case he lost his memory again, and
wrote 30 entries in his first logbook. Then he wrote to an artificial
intelligence called Geenee, in the master computer in his school for
gifted students, which he started attending in 2016. Now it's after
2018, and he's continuing to save his memories in a secure blog.
All characters are fictitious, even if some of them might have names
that belong to some actual people, or act like people we know.
The stories may not be posted in chronological order.
Stephen is 17 in this story, in Summer of year 7 of his special school.
Stephen's Secure Blog #302 "More Teachers for Tibet"
START Page
Ichi said I could have Andy, Barry, and Arnoldo, so I made
arrangements to have Andy teach in Jokhang. The Abbots and teachers
were very happy to have him, both ways. That he was gay probably helped
with that. Barry, I sent to Ganden, and Arnoldo, I sent to Tashilhunpo.
Eli is alternating days between Sera and Labrang. After announcing, Eli
and I ported to the Abbot's office at Labrang Monastery. Losang was
just arriving. After introductions and polite things, I said "Eli has
been one of the teachers from my school, at Sera. I am giving other
teachers to more Monasteries. They haven't taught in Tibet before. Eli
has, so I thought this would be the best place for him, our most
experienced available teacher in Tibet, for a very important
Monastery." The Abbot said "We are very honored." We bowed. I said
"Well, if you want him." He said "We do! What are the conditions?" I
said "He will try to accommodate to your needs, but in his teaching, he
is answerable only to me. At any time, you can require that he leave,
and then you will have no other teacher of my school. Sera would be
very glad to have him again." He grinned, and said, "Suddenly, I'm
feeling very possessive." We laughed.
I said "He will teach only teachers and staff who have fully open
Third Eyes. Then they will in turn teach the students. We just don't
have enough teachers to reach everybody we want to, AND we are not
willing to take over any school. We are not of Tibet, YOU are, and so
your students should learn from YOU." He was temporarily overcome with
emotion. I said "There is another benefit to having Eli here. He can
provide instant transportation, if there is need." That really got
their attention. I grinned at Eli, who grinned back. He said to them,
"I was found and asked to come to their school as an adult, so I will
not be the equal of Stephen, or of those who were invited to his school
when they were of age ten. But they say I have progressed more than
expected, so I'm not dissatisfied with that at all." Losang said to me,
"He IS of your school in full. I can feel his love." I said "Yes, and
he will be teaching that, too. It is required to advance. We teach the
whole person, which is necessary, not just the parts of particular
interest, or we won't be successful. Yes, that includes Yab-Yum."
The Abbot said, "That should be VERY interesting." I grinned and
said, "Those of Sera absolutely agree with you." Eli laughed. I said
"He will be spending every other day here, or more, depending on how
things go. There are more Monasteries than we have teachers for. Well,
at least teachers from this planet." The Abbot was surprised, then
thoughtful. He said "If they are yours, they must be good people." I
said "Yes, but the climate here is not good for them, or we could have
more than the one we already have here, teaching. There is one species
who can take the low temperature, but they need thicker air. They also
look more different than the others that could be available. Some
others might be available in the future, but they are too young at this
time. When they are old enough, you won't need them."
I said "Would you allow Eli to live here on the days he teaches?" The
Abbot said, "Will he be cold here, too?" I said "If he can't take care
of that himself, we will do something about that, which we did for the
offworld teacher. For the first teaching day, I will be assisting. The
first lessons will likely take two whole days. Then he can do
alternating days. Why, will be explained in the teaching. Oh, and I
should tell you that it is very strenuous, and at times, a little
painful, but you should know that we have all been through it, and
more, and wouldn't change a thing. And we will feel what you feel,
during it. When would you like to begin?" He said "We should schedule
it, so the students will be occupied. But what we should do, isn't
always what we want to do, and what we actually do." I said "Oh no, you
don't. We will not be used as an excuse for you to er, actually, I
don't know what." They laughed. He said "Some of our teachers don't
have fully open Third Eyes. They can handle the shortage of teachers.
May we start as soon as we can get your new students here?" I grinned
and said "Didn't you know I planned for that?" They laughed again.
They were surprised by the oath, but did it, and were very surprised
by everything else. Near the end of the second day, they were ready for
the first crystal, and were astounded by the whole idea. Losang said
"This opens up a lot of things. If we can use this for all our
teaching, we really WILL be the center for education for the entire
world!" I said "So I have said, and so it will be done. But, there is a
problem with this way of sharing knowledge. It stifles creativity in
all things, including the knowledge it imparts, so that must be
encouraged more than before. I don't mean just in art, but in all ways
of creative thinking. That can't be learned from crystals. This is VERY
important, or our students will be like the Chinese wanted to make of
you." The Abbot said, "Thank you for the warning. We will do our very
best to ensure that never happens."
I said "Good. Now we will do something interesting." He said "More
interesting than this? How is that possible?" I said "Because it is.
There is so much more to learn, but it must be done step by step." We
showed them how to do mental contact. Then we did inventories and
alignments. They knew something of those last things, but not as
scientifically as we did, and were more impressed. Losang said, "This
really IS a science." I said "It always was, but now it is understood
as one, enabling us to do more with it, and develop better ways of
teaching it. I have seen people spend hours establishing mental
contact, doing a lot of things which had absolutely no part in the
actual process, because they didn't understand what part of what they
were doing, actually worked. We know better now." The Abbot said,
"Absolutely!" I grinned, and said, "And so will you."
I said "The most powerful of my students here in Tibet, is in charge
of all our people here, when I'm not available. That he is also the
youngest, is not relevant. Would you like to meet him?" They did, so
Srinoy ported in. After introductions, I said, "He is from Thailand,
and is a Senior Monk in their Tradition in his Temple, and in mine,
which is similar to a Lama. Only for him, a little shorter." He
laughed, and we hugged and kissed. I said "I see you noticed that.
Among his people, that is a common practice among friends. Among my
students, well, we all do it with everybody as much as we can, because
we all love each other." Losang asked Eli, "Are you a Buddhist too?"
They noticed my and Srinoy's grins. Eli explained, and they were very
surprised, but polite. I said "Among my people, which is all who have
ever attended my school, very few are Buddhists. Of us here, only
Srinoy and I are. But that is really an artificial classification. We
all are of the same ethics, and knowledge of the realities that are
known in Buddhism, and much lesser known in other religions. We are
unable to lie, and we must be just. We know of reincarnation, and of
the process of becoming enlightened, and seek it. So, how different are
my other students from you?" The Abbot bowed, and said, "Almost no
difference in spirit, except in degree, yours being the greater. I say
for all, we have learned much more in these two days, than just
science." I said "Because there is no JUST science." He said "You are
wise." I said, "Er, thank you. Did I ever ask you not to embarrass me?"
He laughed, and said, "I don't remember, but will assume that it is
your wish." I said "Good assuming!" They laughed.
Placing the other teachers in the other Monasteries, went much the
same. I was very busy that week, including making over the warehouse
for the art school. I made a whole new building, six stories tall,
mostly out of jade, carved on the outside. There were three subfloors,
too. The classrooms and work rooms were surrounding a central internal
courtyard which was covered with a crystal ceiling. So the rooms had
natural light from both sides. I connected the buildings, and they
moved everything to the new building. Then I completely rebuilt the old
one, from the ground up. They haven't moved much back into it yet, but
they might. Then the owner came to me with a problem. She said
"Stephen, we would like to hang some pictures on the walls, but they
are of stone." I said "That's a problem. I think we should fix it. Use
these." She said "They look nice, but do we glue them on?" I said "No
need. They will stick to any reasonably flat surface, when you rest it
against one, and touch the blue spot with any alive person's skin.
Fingers, usually. To make them come off, touch in the same spot again."
She tried it, and exclaimed, "Amazing! How does it work?" I said "Well,
I think." She looked frustrated, and then smiled, and said, "I forgot
you don't discuss methods." I said "Wouldn't do any good. You are not a
scientist. I can't even explain it to my best student. Being a teacher,
that hurts." She said "I'm very sorry. Still, they are very good. I
hope nobody steals them." I said "Well, they won't want to leave school
property." She laughed. I told her about the bowl at Shaolin, and she
laughed some more.
I said "Would you like another painting?" She said "I would, of
yours. Always." I said "This one might change your mind. It's in a new
theme I'm developing." I ported in one of a Tsuriss family, which was
full of love. She stared at it in amazement. After a while, she said,
"It's beautiful, but very different." I said "That's what art should
be. Different. You are the very first to see one of this theme. If you
don't want it, I can probably sell it in my next gallery show in New
York. I'm becoming very famous in art there. They will pay a lot of
money for everything I make, expecting the value to go up." She said,
"Does it?" I said "Embarrassingly, er, yes." She laughed. She said
"Even if it didn't, I would still want to keep this here. Thank you
very much!" We hugged with love.
