Stephen's Secure Blog #286
These stories about Stephen began was when he was 10 years old, and
moving to a new part of the country to attend a special school for
gifted students, in the 1950's. This was from a time before computers
would fit on a desk, and when people communicated with friends in other
countries by actual letters sent through the postal service. He wrote
225 of them to a friend. He stopped writing to his penpal, but found he
still wanted to record his life, in case he lost his memory again, and
wrote 30 entries in his first logbook. Then he wrote to an artificial
intelligence called Geenee, in the master computer in his school for
gifted students, which he started attending in 2016. Now it's after
2018, and he's continuing to save his memories in a secure blog.
All characters are fictitious, even if some of them might have names
that belong to some actual people, or act like people we know.
The stories may not be posted in chronological order.
Stephen is 17 in this story, in spring of year 7 of his special school.
Stephen's Secure Blog #286 "Preparing Tibet for CNN"

I ported to in front of the main police station in Lhasa Tibet, and
walked in. Everybody stood and bowed to me. I returned it, and asked to
see the Captain. One led me to him, after announcing me. We bowed, and
sat. After basic polite things, I said, "In the last disturbances,
well, what is your opinion of how things happened?" He laughed. I
grinned, and said, "I see something of that time amused you." He said
"We didn't see the need to do anything. The Army thought differently,
until you made some interesting changes." He laughed again. I said "Do
you know why I chose to do it that way?" He said "Because it amuses
you?" I said "That isn't the reason, because it did not amuse me. I had
to feel what all those involved were feeling, and the naked soldiers
were NOT amused. But, I did make it so Tibetans would be amused. Not
for their pleasure, but because laughing people are not likely to feel
and act with anger and hate, and commit violent acts." He sat up
straight, and said, "I would never have thought of that! Master
Teacher, I apologize for thinking wrongly of you."
I said "Accepted. You are not alone in that. I was with the Exile
Government in Dharamsala at that time, and showed them what was
happening, after I dealt with one of the ministers who disobeyed my
command not to release the information I had given them, which caused
the disturbances. They still partly think as you did." He said "You did
something bad to that minister?" I said "Yes. He is now not able to
communicate anything about what happened, and is not able to seek any
responsible position in government or religion. He did it for personal
aggrandizement. He could have been responsible for many deaths. I could
not rehabilitate him." He said "I think I understand. You did
rehabilitate the official at the Wheel." I said "Yes. All of him.
Although there is less of him now. He is much more healthy." He
grinned. I said "A healthy mind can help make a body more healthy." He
said "I should have known that. Thank you." I bowed.
I said "Soon, there is going to be a real announcement. I thought you
should know in advance, so you can try to protect property owned by the
Han merchants who didn't cause any of the problems here." He nodded,
and said, "I appreciate the notice. You finally convinced the Chinese
they should not ignore you properly?" I groaned, and said, "Not you,
too!" He laughed, while I was shaking my head in exaggerated sadness. I
said "Well, I saved some of their lives, and gave them my love." He
said "That should do it. Good." I said "The announcement could be
tomorrow, or three weeks from now. I don't know when, or who will make
the announcement, and how, but there already is an agreement. They are
working on the laws now to make it work, and as fast as their er love,
can drive them. And that I am remotely correcting their mistakes as
they happen, in blue." He laughed. He said "I can just imagine their
consternation." He laughed some more. I said "I've already taken the
President on a tour of some of Tibet. And the Exile Prime Minister. In
a week or so, I will be escorting a TV news crew from CNN around the
country. Would you agree to have them meet with you?" He said "I would.
Thank you! And thank you for asking. You are REALLY not Chinese!" We
laughed together.
I said "I will be going to the other cities to tell them what I've
told you." He said "Would you like me to notify them of your pending
visit?" I said "If they won't try to arrest me." He grinned, and said,
"We have had a lot of discussions about you. I don't think that will
happen." I said "Well, it might have been interesting." He laughed, and
said, "I'm absolutely sure of that!" I said "Maybe another time. Would
that sergeant friend of mine be available for joining the CNN people,
as we tour the country?" He said "You mean the new Lieutenant? Yes, the
same man. I heard what really happened, and from him, when I told him I
knew. You changed him, and made him a much better man and police
officer. I don't know how to thank you enough for that. I will make him
available." I said "I should thank YOU for that. If you disagree, we
could fight about it?" He laughed, and said, "No thank you. I agree."
I said "May I see him now, before I go to see the er, properly
thinner official?" He said "I can have him here very soon. May I send
for him?" I nodded, and he did that. Then he said, "Would you like me
to contact that official, and tell him of your coming visit?" I said
"Yes, please, if you think that is a good idea." He did that. I
laughed. He hung up and said, "You heard that?" I said "I was born with
unusually good hearing. I family thing. Helps with music. I've been
recording a lot." He said "I have heard some of your music. I expected
it to not be to my taste, but you have done it in such variety, I did
find things I liked." I said "I'm very interested in knowing what of
Western music you prefer." He said in English, "Country Western." I
said "Do you know English?" He said "Only a little. I don't know the
words to the songs." I said "May I give you the language?" He said
"Master Teacher, I could never say no to learning from you."
I said "If you embarrass me more, I might change my mind." He said
"You are POSITIVELY not Chinese!" We laughed really hard. When I could,
I said, "I like your humor." We grinned at each other. I said "For the
language transfer, I will have to put you to sleep for a few minutes.
May I?" He said "I could use a rest. Please." I did that. Six minutes
later, I woke him up, and said, "Because you already knew some of the
basics of English, the language may take only about two weeks to fully
settle in. Then you will be able to read and write it, too." He said
"Thank you. Is it done?" I said "What language are we speaking now?" He
said in English, "Wow!" I said "I hear that a lot." He laughed. I said
"Soon, my students and I will be bring our education methods here, and
will be making it available to everybody. Then the whole world will
come here to learn ANYTHING, and in the best way." He couldn't say wow,
but wanted to. He bowed very low. I asked him to stand, and hugged him
with all my love, and helped him to sit again.
The Lieutenant came in, and the Captain told him the news, and about
CNN. I asked him, "Do you know English?" He said in that language, "Yes
I do. Tourists need somebody to complain to." I said "You speak it very
well. Would you like to improve it, in a second?" He grinned and said,
"If I ever say no to any gift from you, please heal my damaged brain."
I said "Never have I heard it said that way before." He said "I've been
saving it for use, if it ever happened." I said "It was well done, and
so is your update." He said "I can feel something. Is there anything
here I can read?" I ported a copy of the American Declaration of
Independence to him, and he read it out loud. Then he said, "Real
improvement, but there is something more important. This document is
full of very wise and important things." I explained what it was, and
the Captain asked it to be read to him in his language. I said "I'll
read it in English, but you will understand it in Tibetan." I did that,
without looking at the document. They both had tears in their eyes. I
said "Now you see why Americans have been the biggest supporters of
Tibet." They nodded, too overcome to speak. I said, with my own tears
flowing, "Now, more than ever, I'm glad I was directed to free Tibet.
Thank you. Now I'm going to visit he who won't choke birds now."
I ported to the mountain in Sinai, and said, "Thank you. Really. I
love you, naturally." We shared love, and I ported to the office I was
going to visit, after wiping my face, still glowing. He stood, and I
hugged him with love. He fainted. I put him on his chair. When he woke
up, I apologized for making him faint. He said "Please don't apologize
for doing what I would ask for again and again." I laughed, and said,
"I've received some interesting comments today, more than usual. Here's
one from me. You are looking in better health. You have less to feed
the birds." He laughed, and said, "Thank you. I feel better too." I
said "A better mind can do a lot of good things." He said "Oh! Now that
you have made me think of that, I see it does make sense. Really thank
you!" I said "Not really. I just helped a little. You did most of the
work. Few I have helped that way, make any improvement at all. I am
happy for you." He had some tears. I told him what I told the Captain.
He said "This is good news! Thank you very much, for telling me, and
for all you have done." I said "But you are Chinese, not Tibetan." He
said "But I know right from wrong. You are right." I said "The new
government will need a lot of help in the beginning. Will you agree to
provide some of that help?" He said "If they will accept it, I would be
honored. Yes I will!" I said "So I will tell them. If you know of any
others who are worthy of the same, please prepare a list." He said "I
will, but you must hug them with love, before they should be accepted."
I said "Interesting. That effective?" He said "Absolutely!" I said
"Well, it's not as if I don't like doing that. I agree. Do you know if
any of those you would put on the list, are officials in other cities?"
He said "Yes, some." I said "I'll wait."
He got busy. When he was ready to print, I said, "You don't have to
print it for me. I read it directly from the computer, and I have total
recall." He said "Wow!" I said "I hear that a lot." He laughed. I said
"Should I tell them that you recommended them to me?" He said "I don't
have any problem with that, but it is your choice." I said "Those who
are in this building and available, I could er squirt my love on them,
if they could come here." He said "Let me get them." That he did. As
they came in, he introduced me, and I offered to give them love. They
all accepted, and needed help to remain standing. The office was very
crowded. I said "I think you all might want to have a little
discussion. I'm going to other cities now." We all bowed, and I ported
to the next city. Events happened as expected. All went smoothly.
I ported to the office of the Exile Prime Minister. He was expecting
me. After polite things, I told him what I had been doing in Tibet. He
said "Now, more than ever, I understand how much we didn't know about
the process of successfully making Tibet free. Without you, much of our
efforts could have resulted in complete disaster." I said "You are not
alone in that. History shows us that it almost always is a disaster.
I'm trying to prevent that." He said "Anything we can do to help, we
will!" I said "Here is a list of people currently in the government who
have very good references, who I have investigated and found reliable,
as honest as you are likely to find in any good government, who are
willing and able to continue to work in the new government. I can offer
no guarantees, but I approve of them as they are now. I'm sure there
are others who I would approve of, but I haven't been looking too
hard." He said "This list is more valuable than gold to us. We have
been very concerned about this very issue." I grinned, and he said,
"Obviously you knew." I said "No, but I hoped." He laughed. We hugged
with love.
