Hey, Rover -- you're behind the times!
It's my understanding that this particular operation has been "busted"
several times, but the only thing that came of it is that they changed
their name and web site and started over again.
I do not know whether their customer files were taken or not, but
since they do not sell nudes, much less illegal content as defined by
US law, I doubt that it matters here in the states. However, laws in
Canada, the UK and Australia are a bit more draconian and their
interpretation of "sexual situations" is much more strict, so that
could be a problem in those areas. I doubt it affects Japan because I
don't believe they sell nudes, but Japan has laws prohibiting showing
sexual organs without masking -- and I think that includes the anus,
so that could be a problem if there are certain photo perspectives of
boys in jocks.
So, it's probably only a matter of time before they get "busted" again
and are forced to change their name, web address and email contacts
yet again.
And, even though it is unlikely that there are any consequences for
customers -- at least in the US and many other countries -- I'm not
sure I want my info in their database just in case!
