Stephen's Secure Blog #213
These stories about Stephen began was when he was 10 years old, and
moving to a new part of the country to attend a special school for
gifted students, in the 1950's. This was from a time before computers
would fit on a desk, and when people communicated with friends in other
countries by actual letters sent through the postal service. He wrote
225 of them to a friend. He stopped writing to his penpal, but found he
still wanted to record his life, in case he lost his memory again, and
wrote 30 entries in his first logbook. Then he wrote to an artificial
intelligence called Geenee, in the master computer in his school for
gifted students, which he started attending in 2016. Now it's after
2018, and he's continuing to save his memories in a secure blog.
All characters are fictitious, even if some of them might have names
that belong to some actual people, or act like people we know.
The stories may not be posted in chronological order.
Stephen is 16 in this story, in the Summer after year 6 of his special
school.
Stephen's Secure Blog #213 "Return to Shaolin"

In the early morning, I ported to near Hanshan Temple in Jiangsu
Province, because I felt a pull there. My arrival was noticed. I walked
to the entrance, and there was a breathless Monk there to welcome me.
We bowed, and I said, "I apologize for your need to hurry. We should
pause for you to regain your breath." He was embarrassed, and started
to apologize, but I raised my hand to stop it, and said with a grin,
"Breathing is helpful, if one is to remain in this world." He tried not
to smile, and didn't quite succeed. We went inside, and far into the
complex. There was a line of Monks. We all bowed. I was led inside an
ornate building to meet the Abbot. He was in bed, old and ill. He
barely knew I was there. He whispered, "I have been waiting for you all
these years, my Master, my Teacher." I said, using his old nickname,
"That has been a very long time. If I had the proper memory memory when
I should have, I would have come before this." He said with a smile, "I
would like to think ill of you for that, but in fairness, I cannot." I
said "Still the same. You tease me. I don't know how I ever survived
that." He said "You eventually didn't." I said "But not of your doing.
However, if it would please you to believe you had made a significant
caught his breath, he whispered, "I am ready to go now." I said "Do
they know?" He said "Yes, and a successor has already been chosen." I
said "I will remain with you, with all my love." I gave it to him. He
relaxed with a beautiful smile. The others in the room saw that, and
were happy for him. They gave him their love, too. Less than an hour
later, he was gone.
Word spread throughout the Temple that he was gone. His body was
prepared, and there were ceremonies. I was asked to speak. I said "In
one of my past lives, I was one of his earliest teachers. He was too
much like me for him to learn well, always being playful and joking. I
could not hide from him my enjoyment of his company. You know of his
wisdom and accomplishments. He would have liked to credit me with that,
but it would be untrue. It was all due to his own effort and qualities.
I loved him, and always will, and hope we will meet again in his next
incarnation, which I am sure will be VERY interesting." I gave the
whole Temple my love.
In the evening, I said to the new Abbot, "Being at the water, this
Temple is subject to storm damage. There has been much over the years,
which I see has been difficult to keep in repair. I can help with that.
Would it be good for the people of this Temple if I were to do that?"
He said "Your wording causes in me some conflicts. We would accept any
gift from you, gladly, but taking good work from us might not be in the
best interests of the Temple." I said "Thank you for your wisdom. Is
there a repair I can do, which is not possible for you, and would not
interfere with your work needs?" He smiled and said, "Yes there are a
few." He told me about them, and we discussed what could be done. When
I told him what materials I could use, his eyes almost popped out of
his head. He whispered, "A crystal pier. Wow!" I grinned and said, "Not
the top, or people would be slipping off of it in the slightest wind.
But the piles, yes." He smiled and said, "Interesting images you
inspire." I laughed. I said "I would use reinforced concrete and teak,
for the parts which people walk on, if you approve." He said "I do!" I
said "Now let's work on the design." We did, and when that was decided,
I said "Please prepare yourself for a surprise. Ready?" He nodded. I
said "It is done. Let's go outside and look at your new pier." He was
in shock, but we did go look, and he was amazed and astounded. I said
"Well, it should look better in the daylight. I hope you like it." He
said "It's beautiful!" I said with a grin, "I have to agree. You have
good design sense. No, I mean it." I hugged him with all my love, to
get him to accept that. Then I said, "I have loved doing this for you
and the Temple. Now I will be going. Yes, I should, because there will
be too much of a thing when this is discovered in the morning, and what
I will receive of that reaction might be too much for me to accept, and
stay in this life. Farewell." I did my usual silvery departure.
I visited many other Buddhist Temples in China, including those in
Shanghai, Nanjing, and Beijing. My reception was much the same as the
first few, but with less unusual incidents. I gave my usual gifts of
carved jade bowls, and sometimes structural repairs. I discussed with
them my task if freeing Tibet. Pete reported that the government was
informed of me and that, and were a little unsettled by how fast I
traveled between Temples. When I went back to the Shaolin temple, the
new Abbot said, "Yesterday, the government asked us about you. We have
yet to reply." I said "I don't intend my activities to be secret from
the government. Except for the particulars of who were involved and
why, in the little problem here, you may tell them everything you want
to about me, including the things they would not want to believe. Most
definitely that." He grinned and said, "You know I would like to do
that." I grinned back and said, "Absolutely. Naturally, it must be the
truth, which we know they won't believe. But still, they will have some
little doubt in their minds about that." He said "Which is what you
want. You are building a reputation which you will confirm to them some
day, and scare them out of their skins." I said "Something like that,
yes. I could have done all this in secret, but then I wouldn't have
needed to. I think you will agree that there have been benefits other
than to work toward my primary goal." He said "Most definitely. We have
heard that from other Temples, as well. You have made a significant
positive difference in all the Temples you visited." I said "It's
strange, but I didn't plan for that, or expect it. It was like they all
saved up their problems for my visits to fix, without knowing. I knew I
was being used, because of the task, but not this." He said "Do you
dislike it?" I said "Er, no." We grinned at each other.
We went on the tour. There were a lot of martial arts training
facilities. After the tour, I said, "Do you think I should do some er,
interesting things specifically for you to report, such as fighting
techniques, being that is a known specialty here?" He grinned and said,
"While I would love to have you demonstrate anything at all to us, I
would also love your extra reason for that." I said "How about we
record it for them?" He grinned impossibly wider. I said "I see your
answer, and hope that doesn't strain anything." We laughed.
In setting up the demonstrations, I said, "There are four levels to
this. Physical skill alone. That and Chi. Then with Master Adept
skills. Then with Master Guardian skills, which involve undiscovered
scientific principles, such as I used with resolving the past problem
here, which includes teleporting. Yes, I know how what I do actually
works, with science and math." He said "Would you teach us?" I said "I
do have schools, but there is a problem. To learn the control necessary
to do this safely, one must start very young. To understand the
principles, one must be very intelligent. To have the potential, one
must have at least a half open Third Eye, with sure potential to open
completely, be a genius in intelligence, and be between 10 and 12 years
of age. And have no major prejudices and hate. And naturally, be able
willing to go to the school, without interference from parents and
government. In our school in America, we have students from all over
the world, but not from China. We have not found any children who meet
the qualifications. Those who might have qualified, would not come,
because they already had their lives planed for them and accepted. That
almost happened with a student from Thailand, but his Temple noticed
him, and his parents agreed. He is now our best student in his age
group, and in a few years will be the best pianist the world has ever
known. We want a Han student badly, but I don't see that happening
soon." He said "That is sad."
I first demonstrated Aikido. I said to the attackers, "Please attack
me with all your skill. I am the Master, so if you harm me, it will be
my fault. But you will not." They did try their best, and fell down a
lot. I explained why. Then I said "Now you will use weapons. Real ones.
Yes, sharp swords and spears. I will not let you harm me." They were
reluctant at first, and then tried their best when they saw I knew what
I was doing. Mostly, I slapped their weapons away from me, and then
used Aikido to toss them around. Then there was a problem. We tried two
attackers. That was a mistake, because one injured the other by
accident. His arm was almost cut off, a few inches above the elbow. I
healed it for him in four minutes, in full view of the camera. Then I
said, "I think we will not do multiple weapon attacks again." I was
surprised at the disappointment they expressed.
Then I caught the arrows they shot at me. Some of them I chopped in
half as they went by. I dodged throwing stars, and caught some. Then I
had five of them throw stars at me at the same time as fast as they
could, and I went into high speed mode and caught them all. Then I
showed them what I could do with weapons, including throwing coins and
chopsticks into posts. Then I demonstrated breaking, and really amazed
them. The last one was a pile of bricks, and one near the bottom of the
pile was chosen. I hit the top of the pile, and that one exploded, and
no other broke.
I said "Now I will demonstrate Chi. Please be aware that this goes
beyond the merely physical. You can be severely harmed if you try these
activities without proper training." I let myself be struck by boards
and sticks, which broke on me, without leaving a mark. My shirts were
off, then. I let them punch and kick me, even in the throat, and I was
not damaged. I said "Now I will show you the external use of Chi. With
a lot of practice, some experts are able to strike with their own
internal energy, outside of their body." I knocked some things down
with it. We went to a building which was to be demolished, and I did it
with one thrust of Ki, which they call Chi, in China. Back at the
martial area, I held an arrow in my open palm, and said, "Chi may be
used to enhance strikes, and to speed other things you want to move,
such as this arrow. I will make it leave my hand with Chi." It did, and
stuck in the target nine meters away. I said "I used Chi to speed up my
movements to catch all those throwing stars before they fell to the
ground."
I said "With much more practice, some of our Chi energy can be
changed to other kinds of energy, such as light or fire." I made light
come from my hands, and set things on fire. Then I really astounded
them, when I said, "You have seen I can produce light from my hands. If
I apply the sciences of physics and optics, I can modify that light to
act like a laser. I will demonstrate." I made a laser pointer, which
showed that the beam didn't spread. Then I said, "If I build up my
power, I can make that laser light much more intense." I did, and cut
an iron nail in half with it, and burned the stone beneath it. I said
"Chi energy may be used to enhance your own strength." I jumped up 5
meters to the top of a building, and jumped back down again, doing two
summersaults before landing. I said "You might want to learn some of
these things. You might be able to, but not all of them. You want to
know why I have, and you will not. I remember my past incarnations,
with total recall, going back 74,000 years. I have been training,
learning, and practicing, a VERY long time! I ask that what I have done
here today, and on my last visit, not be made public. Some will not
believe what I did could be done. That is bad, as truth is very
important. What would be worse, is if some did believe, and tried to
actually do them, and injured themselves. I do NOT want to be
responsible for that."
In the next meeting with the Abbot, I said, "Do you think that should
be enough for now, to give those officials some nervous problems?" He
grinned and said, "I think so." I said "I made duplicates of the memory
cards from the cameras, so you can give them the originals, and still
have more originals of your own." He said "Good idea. Thanks." I said
"Now for a different gift. You should record this, and my departure."
He set that up, with a full Temple presentation. I made the usual
silvery process, and then handed him the jade bowl. I said "It is of my
own sculpting, with carving specific to this Temple." He took it with a
lot of thanks. I hugged him with all my glowing love, and then faced
the rest of the Monks, and said, with a brighter glow and raised hands,
"I give you my love." I did that. Then I made my usual silvery
departure, leaving behind duplicates of those videos, too.
