Well! as yenc tells you, the post was not apparently encoded using that
encoding compression, and was accidentally the older conventional mime
encoding.
This really should not give you any problem, just use Xnews to d/l the
parts as normal to a folder ( xnews decodes them as the parts are D/L)
and combine them with master splitter back into the single rar file, a
better way to re combine them would be to use a programme called
quickpar, http://www.quickpar.org.uk/
once installed just double click on one of the par files at the end of
the post when you have them all d/loaded into the folder and they will be
repaired / combined
