Astraweb offers a 25GB download block for US$10 which never expires,
has no rate limit, and can be run 24/7 until you use it all up, if
you like. If you use it only for massive downloads, it should last
for years.
(And they also offer 180GB for US$25, or 1TB (!) for US$50 ...)
