I shall presume, on behalf of doubtless many Lurkers
in The Fort who eagerly await the next instalment of
Various Boys but are -- quite understandably -- chary
of expressing their appreciation by posting here, to
thank you for your enormous contributions, as well as
for the effort expended in assembling them.
I of course add my own thanks to theirs.
The accompanying photographs are meant to illustrate
the idea of The Boy Thing: that is, the way the Boy
-- the invisible software, one might say, controlling
the BoyBody one sees out and about -- engages Life.
As it appears to me that this has been a continuing
theme in your selections, I dare hope that you will
find the present collation to your liking.
