Dear I4B,
I concur with the first statement insomuch as the posting of any image
of a minor, barring legal permissions, is a violation of the TOS, and
can lead to the cancellation of an account. I know this personally.
As for the second statement, I would say only that the enforcement of
rests on a simple complaint to the provider. This I also know from
personal experience.
