Eric -- the truth is that there is NO official password here. Not a
single one. Each poster is responsible for his own stuff and whether
or not he wants to password protect items. Now there are people who
need to protect their own security. Most places do not consider nudity
to automatically be porn -- but some places do! In fact, under the US
legal definition of Child Pornography, a child does not actually need
to be naked at all! Although, I should add, that being nude does not
automatically turn it into porn. In England, as a matter of fact, if
the pictures are made of an adult who is implied to be a minor, then
that is considered illegal child pornography -- despite the fact that
there are no children in them! A judge in Australia once ruled that a
drawing of Bart & Lisa Simpson fooling around was illegal child porn,
concluding that "just because they aren't real [children] doesn't mean
they aren't real." In Canada, written stories that depict minors
involved in sexual relationships to be illegal child pornography.
As far as I know, the criteria in the US remains the same: any picture
or video that presents a real child either 1) engaged in any kind of
sexual act (whether passive or active); obviously in a state of sexual
arousal (so if it's stiff, you can't acquit!) or that is overly
focused on the sexual organs and traits more than would be expected in
say, a simple nude photo.
So, yes, people do need to protect themselves. I should also point out
that some providers have additional rules that have to be observed.
Astraweb demands that if you post any photo of a child -- ANY PHOTO --
that you must have legally signed waivers that you can provide upon
request.
You know, I don't think people hate you -- I certainly do not. And
while I hesitate to speak for others, many of them show a genuine
affection for you in their posts. There are always going to be jerks,
but their main purpose is to start bullshit. Have you considered that
they may not actually be one of us -- but someone who is unhappy that
we enjoy the beauty of boys here and is determined to cause problems?
And, of course, what better way to stir up shit than to imply that
there is some kind of "official" password AND YOU CAN'T HAVE IT!
If a poster here posts something that's password protected and does
not provide information about the password, then the chances are that
he's just trying to stir up shit. BTW, what is Cosmos' pw? Does anyone
know? Oh, yeah, that's right -- his password changes -- sometimes from
post to post! But he always tells you what it is.
So, please, calm down. You are certainly welcome here, and all your
efforts to post are greatly appreciated -- but you really only hear
the complainers and whiners because many of the people who download
everything you post are afraid to post messages here. I know, some of
them contact me by email.
The real boy-lovers here are thankful for all you do. You need not
worry about the others!
