Have you a more detailed citation?  Google turned up no hits for that
exact (dh, quoted) title, even with "affects" emended to "effects";
the best "match" returned for the unquoted title was the Volkov 2000
article in <Science>.

Your thoughts on the "ADD"/"ADHD" affair would be most welcome.
