That the camera uses an RCA connexion indicates that its output is
composite analogue video, which must be digitised by hardware before
it can be captured by any digital device; googling
composite video capture
will provide links to the necessary hardware and software, as well
as to procedural guides.
Whilst the relative cost of adapting existing analogue equipment
versus acquiring a used (or even new) all-in-one digital camcorder
should be an approximate wash, one might bear in mind that the
quality of composite analogue video is markedly inferior to that
of direct-digital video, even before its further degradation by
the digitisation process.
