The Adventures of Stevie #151
These stories were told to me by friends and other people. Some of them
are true. Some of them are only partly true. Some of them should have
been true. LOL
My first post about Stevie ("Call me Stephen!") was when he was 12 and
in summer camp and was told by another camper. This was from a time
before computers would fit on a desk and when people communicated with
friends in other countries by actual letters sent through the postal
service. When children did this those friends were called "penpals".
Carlos is Stevie's penpal in Argentina and knows English. This is a
fictional contrivance to enable Stevie to tell us his stories because
he isn't here in person. I think.
All characters are fictitious, even if some of them might have names
that belong to some actual people, or act like people we know.
Stevie's school is for gifted children who don't fit in regular schools.
The stories may not be posted in chronological order.
Stevie is 13 in this story, after the Winter holidays of year 4 of
school, 2 weeks after story #150.
The Adventures of Stevie #151 "About the Bhutanese Adept"
Dear Carlos,
Chad and I ported over to the Temple for a scheduled meeting. TomBa
was there too, at my request. Shan gave us his report. "I have a full
written report for you. Here is the summery. This man, Blonchang, was a
Buddhist Monk of the main Temple in the capital of Bhutan, a small
kingdom in the mountains north of India and south of China and Tibet. I
met him when he was a popular visiting teacher at my Temple in northern
India. 11 years later, he was, for want of a better term, kicked out of
his temple and his religion, and notice was passed to other Temples
around the world to refuse him entry. I doubt many received that. There
are some reports he was accepted into some other Temples in China and
Burma, and then asked to leave after he mistreated some people,
including his fellow monks. It is thought he changed his identity after
that, and I have found nothing about him since then. What is known
about his powers is that he was VERY strong in energy control, and in
controlling other people. His object sense was about as strong as mine,
but his other perceptions were much more sensitive. He could levitate
by the original method, for about 8 seconds. Probably more now, as he
is an energy stealer. That was one of his crimes. One of his favorite
weapons was fire. Another one was massive force. He could push his
victim into a wall and crush him. That's right, Stephen. He could only
push with his energy, just like you could, before you started working
with the 4th. He could create very complicated and powerful charms,
which harmed and killed people. He was well educated in Eastern
science, particularly potions, but not in Western science."
Shan said "That is what was known about him. It probably wasn't all
he could do then, and most definitely he can do more now." I said "No
mention of controlling animals?" He said "None." I said "I asked,
because I wanted to know if he could use animals against me. I wouldn't
use them against him, because he could kill them easily, by absorbing
their life energy. He can probably do that almost without thought now.
I would have a lot of problems with killing innocent animals used
against me, which he would know about, when facing an adept of the
Light. He can remotely steal the energy of hundreds of people at will.
All those who have his crystals. If he pushed all that at me, with my
present strengths and skills, I couldn't beat him on an equal basis. If
I used the 4th, because he knows a little about it already, he might
learn enough from me fast enough to block what I would do. I will have
to use my greater knowledge of how these things work, to get around
that."
"My biggest problem, which he would consider a weakness, is I really
don't want to kill him, and have him come right back and have to fight
with him all over again. I probably can kill him very easily, by doing
something very fast, such as porting him into the sun. Doing something
that deadly, before he attacks me, might be just as bad for me as it
would for him, me being of the Light. Another weakness, he would
think." Tomba said "I would do it for you, and accept my fate." I said
"Tomba, my brother, that sacrifice I couldn't bear. There is something
else. I NEED you to live, not just because you are somebody I love.
Don't let what I can do die with me, if that should happen. I must know
you are safe, or I can't be my best when I fight him. I know you will
have the hardest job, NOT fighting to protect people you love, but I
believe it's the most important. PLEASE!" Tomba stood and bowed low to
me, and said through his tears, "I will obey, my Master Teacher." I
grabbed him with a big hug, and cried with him. Chad Joined us. Shan
hugged our group.
I said "If anybody comes up with some ideas for fighting him, let me
know." I said to Shan, "For now, I would like to take the boys to my
apartment." He nodded, and I ported us to the living room in my
apartment. We undressed and did a group hug on the bed in the bedroom.
We cried a lot. And kissed. Nothing else. After a while, I said, "I
have a weapon I invented a while ago, which he can't duplicate. It's
from Eastern and Western sciences which haven't been invented by
anybody else yet. I invented and combined those inventions. I used it
only once, on the first adept I faced, at very low power, and burned
too big a hole his brain. He doesn't think it's bad, because he can't
think now. So, I'm not completely helpless. With it, I can literally
cut his feet off. Then he won't have a leg to stand on. I can defeet
him that way. Wouldn't that be toe-riffic?" Tomba groaned and said "I
can't believe you said that." Chad said "Unfortunately, I believe it."
I poked him, and he poked me back. I tickled him and then we were all
rolling around on the bed tickling each other and laughing. That led to
monster and nut grabbing. Then we slowed down, and got very serious.
About squirting. Which we did, very well.
While we were resting, I went into deep thought. I felt Chad and
Tomba connect to watch, but ignored them. When I finished, I saw a half
hour had passed. They both had their mouthes open. I grinned and
reached out with both hands and closed them for them. They had to
giggle then. Chad said to Tomba, "You see what I mean. That bad adept
doesn't er, stand a chance, against a brain like that." I got a little
embarrassed and said, "Have you 2 been talking behind my back?" Chad
looked all innocent when he said, "Nope. Your back was nowhere in
had to laugh and hug him. Tomba said "Truthfully, I feel better about
your fight with him." Chad said "You should. It took him the same
amount of time for his kind of deep thought to work out the 4th, and
only 5 minutes to invent the Port-Alls." I growled. And coughed. I
should stop doing that.
We kissed and hugged some more, with some relaxed nut play. Then we
said our goodbyes, and got dressed. Tomba left to join the other monks.
I told Chad, "Thanks for your help. He was going to pieces over this."
Chad said "You're welcome. Tell me, were those puns about something
real?" I said "Naturally." I went over to the window and sighted a
clear path to the sky. I put a dark wooden bowl on the sill, and aimed
my palm at it. I simultaneously pulsed the synchronized light beam out
of my extended hand chakra and moved my hand fast, so the beam would
slice through the bowl before it died. It did. I said "That would slice
through steel just as easily. Properly focused, distance doesn't
matter, for miles. Different colors of light, cut different things
better, with great, er, frequency." Chad went "Ha!" at the pun, and
poked me. He hugged and kissed me, and said, "I feel better too, about
the fight. Thanks."
I ported us to my private room in the school. While were were hugging
on the couch, I contacted Dr. Knot about the report from Shan, and
ported it to his desk, so he could have a secretary type up some copies
for the team. We just hugged for a while longer, then we went to see if
the typing was finished. It was, and I contacted father to tell him
about it, and ported a copy to him. He was VERY interested in seeing
it.
Your friend,
Stephen
