Jackie Cooper of Little Rascals/Our gang fame passed away today at the
age of 88. He was the youngest person ever to be nominated for an
Academy Award at age 9. Jackie was a cute little towhead with a
quintessentially American look and personality. He had a long and
successeful acting career that extended well into his adulthood.
Jackie Cooper will be missed, but on film he'll be a boy forever.
