You are almost there some-rent.
for a thumper to "accidentally discover" something that "offends" them
and report the posting account and group for suspension they have to be
able to claim they stumbled innocently upon this material.
Therefore downloading a rar archive and combining the content and seeking
out and applying the correct pass rules out the defence "accidental"
They have clearly under the law "actively sought out the material
And the law of possession would apply to them should that content include
illegal content.
There is of course absolutely no protection or shelter from the
authorities with this method of security
