Thank you for the suggestion. Sonic-news fits my requirements, and it
did not decline my prepaid card. The only downside is, there was a group
with some things that I wanted to download, but it was empty on their
servers. On Astraweb's, it is full, but I do not have enough gigabytes
left to get what I want.
Cosmos,
I tried several different prepaid cards using several different proxies
and all of Astraweb's sign-up methods. Nothing worked. I think they may
be onto us and our days of anonymous usenet are numbered. Thanks for the
suggestions, but I think I am going to have to leave usenet.
