Its never really about the pics but about your thoughts. Yes the kids
were clothed in bathingsuits and underwear but if it were in a catalog
to sell childrens clothes it would not be a problem. Its how the
pictures are taken and how a person veiws them that makes it
"illegal".
Now if you were attracted to children in "your mind" wearing a
bathingsuit or underwear and you were transporting or sharing the
Sears or JC Penny's Catalog, well then you are breaking the law
transporting and dealing in "Child Porography".
Its the thought police at its best......Even cartoons of naked kids
are considered "Child Pornography" these days. There no longer needs
to be a "victim" anymore. Just your thoughts now are illegal.
