Ya, I agree with the desire to help Milo. Plus, he is CUTE for a
computer generated graphics boy!
I'm sure the game will prevent you from undressing Milo to even see if
he has genitals.

Also, every Xbox 360 game I've ever played doesn't require you to play
the game online. In fact, I don't even use Xbox live so I'd be playing
the game offline.
