Regarding what you asked, the (E to Z) were all posted, i know
because i and most of us here have them, thanks to the great
generosity of Cosmos, i do belive that they were posted in November,
at least it is the date in the beautiful pictures, so all of them were
posted here at that time, like i said, all and not only the (A to D).
