Many thanks for sharing this very funny joke, i liked it very
much, beside that it is really true, not only in the USA but
in most countries, it is funny how governments like to seem generous
with the taxpayers money, but in truth it would be better to the
people if they simply lower the taxes, and don`t mind with small
charity to the people that they take money from, the taxpayers, so
in truth they aren`t giving anything, they are only returning a little
of what they taked.
