The Adventures of Stevie #3
These stories were told to me by friends and other people. Some of them
are true. Some of them are only partly true. Some of them should have
been true. LOL
My first post about Stevie ("Call me Stephen!") was when he was 12 and
in summer camp and was told by another camper. This was from a time
before computers would fit on a desk and when people communicated with
friends in other countries by actual letters sent through the postal
service. When children did this those friends were called "penpals".
Carlos is Stevie's penpal in Argentina and knows English. This is a
fictional contrivance to enable Stevie to tell us his stories because
he isn't here in person. I think.
The stories may not be posted in chronological order.
Stevie is 10 in this story.

The Adventures of Stevie #3 "How Did It Get There?"
Dear Carlos,
I just found out something! But first I have to tell you what
happened before. We were all going to move to XXXXX after school let
out so I could go to that special school I told you about but my mother
had to have an operation (they took her goal blather out) and couldn't
come so I was sent here alone on an airplane until the rest of the
family can come here in the fall. I'm staying with relatives and
friends and moving to a new one every week. It's a lot of fun. We go
everywhere. XXXXX is a very big city. There is lots to do here. I love
the museums. I draw everything. Sometimes the museums have movies. One
of those movies was about reproduction. They showed cartoons of naked
people! Naked insides of people too. Did you know women have eggs
inside them just like chickens but lay them inside themselves? Then
they hatch inside and the babies come out between their legs. Yes it's
true! I wonder if the mother tells the baby not to look on the way out.
When my aunt and I got home after the movie I told her I was thinking
about it and there was something they didn't explain or show. Something
missing. I asked her how did the sperm get inside the woman? She told
me. I don't think I will ever do that! You said you knew all about this
but you wouldn't tell me but now I know it too. I don't want to get
naked in front of a girl! Not even behind her. Ha ha. I'm not going to
have kids. Other people do enough sex so I don't have to.
It's funny but now when I look at women I wonder how much milk they can
produce per hour and I don't even like milk!
Your friend,
Stephen

The next (#4) story is "Ivy". It takes place a week after the above
story. I haven't written it yet. I might post it before next week.
