Different places measure file sizes differently and how they do it can
change too between big and small files. Encoding in the posting
software changes the size too depending on what standard is used. Don't
worry about it.
Some of the parts were missing probably because you downloaded it
before they had all showed up on the server. Quickpar recreated the
missing parts. Thats what the par files are for.
