I forgot to add, you won't need the 021 split *at all* if
you use these new pars, as these 32 blocks will completely
make up for that lost data. This won't fix that bad 021,
but these will go towards recreating the entire vid
without it. (just in case anyone else reading got lost
with what's going on here). I can create more blocks
if needed, but in Lurks' case these should be ample.
