You are overlooking something. Our groups are unmoderated, but there
are general guidlines as to what is on topic and what is off topic.
When the majority of the posters in a group come to an agreement on
what those guidelines are, then that is pretty much the way a group
stays. If people come along and post off topic you have posters leave
the group. I just left 02 because of that. I just saw it happen in
"london" as well.
