I was a member of Desolate Weyr, on the Q-Link computer service, in
1993-94 (and maybe before '03). My character was healer Garalon - no
dragon; he was a horseman, instead. I recently got to thinking of the
friends I had in the Weyr, and on Q-Link in general. Any of you out
there?
Also, does anyone know if there's any place online that still offers
multi-user, text-based chat rooms like Q-Link (and AOL) used to have?
I really miss no-topic, grown-up chat rooms, but all the Web searches
turn up today are "adult" chat rooms. :-/
