It is certainly the only one that I've been able to find.

There's a few extra Google Groups (/not/ usenet -- Google's own
groups), a number of Yahoo groups, and probably other web or mail fora.

When they said that the board at Anne's site had been closed down, I
hoped that we'd see a bit more traffic here, but so far it has failed
to materialize. A shame, I think.

There's always the occasional burst every few months, but the past half
a year the average has been less than two posts per week . . . (so
we're heading for a fast 2007 record in October if we get a few more
posts in).
