The perneseonline.org domain appears to be registered to Kelli Zielinski,
and doesn't expire till 3 December this year. The
http://www.dreamhaven.org/~pernonline works for me.
A DNS search for www.perneseonline.org comes up empty...

... so it looks like the DNS record may be missing or invalid.
The email link on http://www.dreamhaven.org/~pernonline points to a hotmail
user called pernese_online. I'm confident that you can figure out a .com
email address for them from that information (I didn't type it because I
didn't want to be the cause of them getting SPAM by blurting their email
address on Usenet).
