Yes and no. If you've read "Pegasus in Space," which is supposed to link
the Rowan and the Pegasus books, you can definitely tell that all of her
parapsychic characters are pretty much the same. That the ones that can
move objects can move them not only across space, but time. However, I
prefer to keep the elements of her Talents and the Pernese seperate. So I
was pretty much angered at the end of the book I just mentioned. I don't
think humans should be able move objects across time. I don't mind the
dragons doing it as they are not a creature that exists here on earth, but
humans being able to do it stretches my imagination a bit beyond its limit.
