I didn't say "hear all dragons" your putting words in my mouth. I
will quote the passage in Renegades of Pern:
From Renegades of Pern, page 259
" "no," the Harper replied honestly. "it's an unusual enough ability.
Only Brekke and Lessa can hear other riders dragons--and then only
with conscious effort."
as you can see, it as I said, the comment made being that only 2
people have the ablity to hear other riders dragon but he has done so
on several occasions.
