I think I know.

I am using Easy News and even though my news reader showed all files as
complete, upon joining them I found it would only play to 1:07 or there
abouts. To check all my parts, I downloaded the .PAR2 file and once I ran
that, I could see that for some reason, parts 015, 024, 032, 043, 062, 065,
075, 076, 082, and 113 were all short a few bytes. Remember, in order for an
.AVI to play, (unlike MPG) it requires each and every byte. In all, I needed
10 par blocks to complete the vid and now it is perfect.

I suggest you download and run the PAR2 file to find out what is missing
from your download and then download the appropriate number of blocks to
repair the vid. If you do not know PAR2, now is a good time to learn it.
Google for info.
