Hi Cosmos,
It sounds incomplete and therefore not indexed. An easy way to tell if you
are using WMP is to play the vid and see if you can adjust any of the
controls or move the time slider. If it is not indexed, you won't be able to
do hue/saturation adjustments, brightness adjustments and etc.
A good editing tool for wmv files is windows movie maker but if the file is
not indexed, movie maker won't let you edit it. It requires yet another
windows media utility to index the vid so that you can at least load it in
movie maker so you can edit out the problem areas.
It probably would be better to post it as is and let myself or anyone else
have a go at getting it right rather than spend a lot of time and effort on
your part, learning curves being what they are.
