I would like to say to Billy for hes wonderfull original movie posted.
Here i recompiled the movie in Xvid format MPEG-4
Original post:

900Mb (around) + soundtrack 192Kbps (... Just noise)
3200 VideoBitrate (OUCH! Too much for only 38 mins!!)
Recompiled version (Desinterlaced + Same Video Quality):

280Mb (around) NoSoundtrack (0 kb audio - muted)
1000 VideoBitrate (Enough for 38 mins)
For a movie in AVI format, for 40-45 Mins you need only:

350 to 450Mb - 640x480 or 720x576 (With soundtrack - 128 (voice) or 256 (music) mp3) and 1000 videoBitrate
250 to 280Mb - 640x480 or 720x576 (Without soundtrack - 0kb audio data) and 1000 VideoBitrate
