People who do bad things don't need fiction to fuel their actions.
A really GOOD argument could be made (with far more validity) that
pedophiles who read MY stories will probably masturbate to them, and
then/thus lose the urge, pressure, or even need to act out their
fantasies with a real person.
I mind the second sex I ever had:
A beautiful young woman was coming over; and I was so excited I beat
off three times in anticipation. So, you guessed it: I couldn't
perform with the young lady; terribly disappointing both of us.
Something similar happened a few years later, when my then-girlfriend
bragged me up about how great I was for a porno-shoot. I failed
miserably, both from stage-fright, AND getting off with said GF a

No, I'll allow that molesters DO sometimes read sex-stories and watch
porn; possibly even with bad intent. But most people who read my
stuff would no more be tempted BY go out said stories to and rape some
poor girl than a person renting "Friday the 13th" or "I know what you
did last Summer" would want to grab a big knife and go carving up
pretty young girls.
Those with such tendencies don't need fiction to tempt them into doing
something evil. Those of us without such drives don't get tempted by
reading stories or watching movies.
