I'm glad to hear they found the source of the problem. Hope the
meds work quickly.
Makes sense, if the prostate is infected it swells and pinches the
urinary tube from the bladder. Difficulty urinating is the first sign
of prostate problems.
While I never had that problem my family doctor said I had an
elevated PSA and sent me to a urologist. After blood and urine samples
were analyzed the urologist said I probably had cancer but at my
age and with my other ailments one of them would probably kill me
before the cancer. Nice guy, Any way, I asked what could be done
and he said that first they had to do a biopsy to see how bad it was.
Well that was an adventure, Bubba shoving his Johnson up there would
have been nothing compared the telephone pole the doctor used.
A few weeks later I go back for the results and guess what? No cancer.
He did put me on Avodart which costs and arm and a leg and refuses
to prescribe the generic which my pharmacist recommended.
I wonder if he gets a kickback from the drug company,
