If this is the Dublin DP (their mail order actually gets bottled in
Temple TX),
I recommend serving it well-chilled. About 28 F (-2.5 C) seems to suit
it best, IMO,
YMMV, (at that temperature, it's still liquid in the glass bottles,
but you get ice
crystals forming on the surface when you open a bottle).
