Isn't the British variety made with sucrose? (If not cane sugar, then
maybe
beet sugar.) I'm not sure that Dublin TX would be that much better.
Recently,
my mail order shipments haven't compared well to what you can get at
the fountain at Old Doc's Soda Shop in Dublin (alas).
