I believe these were a limited-time special run for summer 2007, made
with CANE SUGAR.  I think they were available only in the U.S.
Midwest.  If you get a chance to try this, I recommend it.  It may not
be as good as some of the glass-bottled Dr Pepper that's out there,
but the richer flavor, and "smoothness" as they say on the cans, makes
it better than practically all of the Dr Pepper I've tried that's
sweetened with HFCS (high-fructose corn syrup).

I just hope they decide to bring this back, and give it a wider
distribution in the future!
