My local TB locations in Southern Missouri never got rid of it. The local
Coke guy here really works hard to make sure that DP is available to all
takers and had a fit when he hard TB wanted to fire the company physician.
(Its hilarious, I got o Steak & Shake and they tell me I need medical
attention and a DP is put right under my nose!)
