they showed up alright but the last 23 parts pushed out the first 23 parts
from retention because newscene plays the shell game with group retention.
in groups that are used sporatically or unused in a while newscene manually
adjusts the retention to probably about 25 messages so that when someone
posts 100 binaries, then the last part of the 100 will be pushing the first
part of the 100 off the server. to avoid this problem you should switch
servers rather than have to ask for so many reposts. you are paying super
premium prices for newscene. you can get better for less.
